A novel one‐pot approach for synthesizing the dealloyed nanomaterials at room temperature is introduced for the first time. In such a synthetic strategy, applying modulated potentials effectively simplifies the traditional dealloying route, which usually requires additional corrosion process to dissolve nonprecious metals. The dealloyed AuNi nanodendrites (AuNi NDs) with tunable composition and uniformly elemental distribution are well developed by the one‐pot strategy. Impressively, the as‐synthesized AuNi NDs exhibit a higher electrochemically active area and definite improvements in electrocatalytic activity for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and borohydride oxidation reaction (BOR) compared to the commercial Pt/C. In particular, the AuNi NDs are 81 mV more positive in half‐wave potential and about 3.1 times higher in specific activity (at 0.85 V) for the ORR than Pt/C, together with excellent stability and methanol tolerance. The superior BOR activity is highly promising compared to the previously reported catalysts. The unique nanodendritic structure with Au‐rich surface and bimetallic electronic effect is the main factor to greatly enhance the bifunctional catalytic performance for the AuNi NDs. Furthermore, such a newly developed facile method is of great significance because it is one of the first examples to effectively engineer dealloyed bimetallic nanostructures via the practical and low‐cost route for electrocatalytic applications. 相似文献

The monitoring of tiny particles in multiphase pipe flow is widely encountered in industry. In this paper, the identification and characterization of solid particles suspended in sand-water flow were developed based on vibration multi-sensor approaches. Verification experiments were conducted, and good agreement was found between the concentrations (0–0.1 wt% with an interval of 0.02 wt%) of varisized sands (from 86 to 180 μm) and the monitored vibration signal characteristics by multi-sensor approaches. A quadratic relationship between the particle concentration and vibration energy was obtained. In sand-carrying flow measurement experiments, the sand’s characteristic frequency bands were found at 22–23.6 kHz and 24.8–26.6 kHz. Additionally, the sand particle identification effect was evaluated from two positions at bends, that is, the outer wall of the 45-degree bend on the elbow and the exit of the 90-degree bend. Compared with these two monitor positions, the sand vibration energy from the outlet of the elbow had a higher signal-to-noise ratio with obvious energy variations. In addition, the accuracies of the detected sand vibration features were mutual confirmation. Consequently, the above methods are applicable for little solid detection in sand-water flow, which lays the foundation for particles monitoring in the complexed multiphase flow. 相似文献

Plant specialized metabolites (SMs) play an important role in the interaction with the environment and are part of the plant defense response. These natural products are volatile, semi-volatile and non-volatile compounds produced from common building blocks deriving from primary metabolic pathways and rapidly evolved to allow a better adaptation of plants to environmental cues. Specialized metabolites include terpenes, flavonoids, alkaloids, glucosinolates, tannins, resins, etc. that can be used as phytochemicals, food additives, flavoring agents and pharmaceutical compounds. This review will be focused on Mediterranean crop plants as a source of SMs, with a special attention on the strategies that can be used to modulate their production, including abiotic stresses, interaction with beneficial soil microorganisms and novel genetic approaches. 相似文献

Closed loop control of glucose homeostasis via subcutaneous insulin infusion and continuous glucose monitoring system can give better living to a type 1 diabetic patient. This paper deals with the real time implementation of internal model control (IMC) of subcutaneous insulin infusion. The model based control is applied on the nonparametric model of the patient identified in real time from input–output data. Meal simulation model of the glucose-insulin system of type 1 diabetic patient based on the work of Dalla Man et. al. is considered. This model is constructed in hardware platform that acts as the virtual patient. The data-driven nonparametric model of the virtual patient is identified in real time by computing Volterra kernels. The kernels are solved up to second order using recursive least squares (RLS) algorithm with short memory length of M = 2. The validation results of the identified model output and the actual output have shown good fit in both simulation and real time environments. The frequency domain kernels are used in internal model control to generate insulin dosage. The control algorithm is developed in simulation and implemented in real time with hardware in loop on dSPACE platform. The closed loop system yields good meal disturbance rejection, less undershoots, settling time and more profoundly smaller requirement of insulin infusion as compared to the earlier reported data. 相似文献

It commences from the viewpoint that Information Systems (IS) research benefits from being strategic at every level, from individual researcher, to research program, to research discipline and beyond. It particularly advocates for more coordinated programs of research emphasising real-world impact, while recognising that vibrant, individual-driven and small-team research within broad areas of promise, is expected to continue forming the core of the IS research ecosystem.
